Wedding Cake and Cupcakes

Chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling

Stargazer lily cake and cupcakes made for my son's wedding.  The stargazer's are real flowers.  I was going to use sugar flowers but found out that the real ones were in bloom and they smelled so good that I couldn't resist using them!  They really made the cake!  The cupcakes were chocolate, vanilla, and red velvet.  I couldn't have done any of this without my sister, Sheryl.  She really came through and helped frost both the cake and the cupcakes.  We used sugar pearls on the cupcakes to add elegance.

1st Birthday Cake

This is a 1st Birthday cake I made for my friend's daughter's birthday.  Marble cake with vanilla bean buttercream frosting. 

Video game birthday cake I made today.  The client sent me a screen-shot and I took it and got it printed on an edible frosting sheet.  I think it turned out really cute!

Patriotic Cupcakes

These are patriotic cupcakes I made for my friend.  My sisters helped with the fondant stars.  I put red frosting in the piping bag before I put in the buttercream to create a swirled effect.

Cupcakes and a giant cupcake done for a 16th Birthday party.  The theme was Moulin Rouge.  We did black and purple corsets and blinged them out and put top hats with the corsets and we also did high heel shoes.

Anniversary cake/cupcakes

Made this candle cake which also included a tea light candle at the top and 250 rose cupcakes and I was so proud of myself!  My daughter Kelsey helped put the roses on and helped box them up.  I had so much fun making this!  I am very proud of all of this.  The bottom picture is of the cupcake tower I bought off ebay with the cake on top.  It all came together really well!
